Krtk. Description of the subject of the order: 3.3. The Contractor is obliged to set a request for a permit to carry out a mass event together with a procedure for documentation and obtaining the required opinions, agreed, etc. not to obtain a permit to carry out a mass event - in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 20 March 2009 on the safety of mass events ( ie 2019, item 2171). In the application, the Contractor should take into account all points of the event plan specified in the Evaluation Plan providing start in the SWZ., 3.4. The Contractor is obliged to represent the Ordering Party in proceedings on issuing a permit to carry out a mass event. Orderingors will give for this purpose appropriate denomination., 3.5. The Contractor should be ensured by the protection of OSB and property during the event in accordance with the plan of the event set up No. 1 to SWZ. The maximum possible extension range was specified in the event plan. Due to the sanitary and epidemiological edges, the ordering party may forced to resign from the part of the event specified in the event plan.
