Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of security services for persons and property in accordance with the Act of August 22, 1997 on the protection of persons and property (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1995) and the Act of May 24, 2013 on coercive measures and firearms (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1416, 1700, 1933) consisting ofh for:
a) constant direct physical protection performed by employees not entered on the list of qualified physical security employees,
b) monitoring of the burglary and assault signaling system (parts 1, 3, 6, 7, 8), by an armed intervention stand (parts 2, 4, 5, 9, 10),
d)monitoringcontrol panels of fire alarm systems in the indicated facilities,
e) two-person driveways of Intervention Groups equipped with firearms (parts 2, 4, 5, 9 and 10), Intervention Patrols in other facilities,
g) maintenance of burglary and assault systems, fire alarm systems , smoke exhaust, closuresfire protection systems, access control systems controlled by SSP, in the indicated facilities.
