- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of physiotherapy services for persons indicated by the Ordering Party. Persons indicated by the Ordering Party should be understood as dependent persons, including older dependent people with disabilities who, due to old age and/or health condition/disability, require care or support due to the inability to independently perform at least one daily activity2. The scope of services referred to in section 1, covers exclusively preventive and educational nature, conducted in the form of field consultations with a physiotherapist for elderly or disabled people. It is a preventive, promotional and educational care service supporting physical activity, provided at the place of residence. These consultations will aim to promote physical activity, providing tips on exercises that will improve and/or increase fitness. 3. The Contractor's obligations it will be necessary to: 1) carry out a diagnosis of problems, 2) carry out consultations - promotional, educational and preventive activities, provide tips on exercises in an individualized way for each participant of the program 3) leads...
