- 1. The subject of the order are 24 -hour broadcasting services of radio programs on ultra -short waves along with the slow modulation signals through the network connects IP.
2. The order of the contract has been divided into parts that are later called for the purposes of the procedure and the awarded contract SWZ content with "tasks". The basis for the division of the subject of the contract for tasks were areas of the issue coverage and location of transmitting objects. Based on these foundations Orders, constituting Annex 1 to SWZ.
In the description of the subject of the contract (Annex 1 to SWZ) and in the planned provisions of the contract, which is Annex 2 to SWZ, the requirements and conditions for the provision of services covered by the scope of each of the forty -two tasks were also included.
Task No. 1 - broadcast from the BiaΕa Podlaska broadcasting facility
The subject of the order in task No. 1 includes the issue of Program 2 and the issue of Program 4 - Polish Radio 24 from the BiaΕa Podlaska transmitting facility and has sent a modulation signal through a network connects IP to this object.
Task No. 2 - broadcast from the Bielawa transmitting facility
