Description: The subject of the contract is the provision of post -warranty service and performing maintenance and service reviews of air conditioning and ventilation devices at KGP buildings in Warsaw, which includes:
a) post -warranty maintenance and service inspections performed by technical website employees in accordance with the activities described in Annex 2 aimed at checking the correct operation of the systems being the subject of maintenance, the list of which is Annex 1 to the contract and the removal of detected irregularities during the implementation of the above;
b) service services consisting in removing failures by repairing or replacing damaged devices listed in Annex 1 to the contract for each call of the Ordering Party;
c) performing additional works not listed in lit. a) and b) above, and whose performance is necessary to perform the contract.
