Krtk Description of the subject of the order: Task 1: Postal Developments, 1. A detailed description of the order of the order with the specification of the ordered quotes contained in the number 2a number (price form) and the number 3 setting (Detailed description of the order)., 2. The ordering party guarantees the implementation of the subject Agreements at a level of no less than 70% of the contract value for tasks. Number 1., 3. The Contractors does not allow scope of variant offers. 4. The Contractor may entrust the execution of individual part of the subcontractor, i.e. the entity with wherever contracts for subcontracting defined in the article 7 point 27 of the Public Procurement Law. In the event of entrusting the execution of subcontractors, the Contractor shall be liable for their operation and abandonment of such entity as for his own.
