Description:
4.1. The subject of the order is the provision of postal services for the needs of the Rokiciny Commune as part of the task entitled: provision of postal services for 2026.4.2. The scope of the order includes postal services provided in domestic and foreign traffic, including receiving, sorting, transporting, delivery of local and long-distance postal items and their possible returns.4.3. The detailed scope of the subject of the order (types and estimated quantities) is included in the Description of the subject of the order constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 4.4. The quantities given in the OPZ are estimates and are used to calculate the price offers and comparison of offers and selection of the most advantageous offer and does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Ordering Party to ship in the specified quantities and types. The Ordering Party reserves that the actual quantities and types of postal shipments will result from the Ordering Party's current needs and may differ from the quantities given. in the list. 4.6. If the Ordering Party sends postal items not included in the list, the basis for settlements with the Ordering Party will be the prices included in the postal service price list valid on the date of receipt of the postal items.
