Description:
1. The subject of this order are postal services in domestic and foreign traffic, in the scope of receiving, sorting, moving and delivering postal items (letter items and postal parcels) and their possible returns, which will be carried out according to the needs of the Ordering Party on the terms specified in generally applicable legal provisions, in particular the provisions of the Act of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366)2. The services that are the subject of the order include: 1) postal services in domestic and foreign traffic regarding letters, incl. in the scope of their receipt, sorting, movement and sorting;2) postal services in domestic and foreign traffic regarding parcels, in the scope of their reception, sorting, movement and sorting;3) delivering returns to the Ordering Party, confirmation of receipt and undelivered parcels (shipments letter and postal parcels), after exhausting all possibilities of their delivery or delivery to the addressee/recipient;4) collection and transport services of parcels from the Ordering Party for posting.3.
