Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of postal services consisting in the collection, transportation and delivery of postal items in domestic and foreign traffic in 2026. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. Pursuant to the provisions of Art. 91 section 2 of the Public Procurement Act indicates that it does not divide the order into parts. Due to the fact that the need to coordinate the activities of different contractors implementing individual parts of the order could seriously jeopardize the proper execution of the order, the Ordering Party does not divide the order into parts. 2. The Ordering Party does not allow submission partial offers.3. The Ordering Party does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key tasks. 4. The Ordering Party allows the execution of part of the order to be entrusted to a subcontractor5. The Ordering Party shall indicate in the offer the Contractor the parts of the order whose performance it intends to entrust to subcontractors, and providing the names of any subcontractors, if they are already known.6. Entrusting the performance of part of the order to subcontractors does not release the contractor from responsibility for the proper performance of the order.7.
