- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of postal services to the District Labor Office in Ciechanow during a period of 12 months, i.e. from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 in the scope of: 1) acceptance, movement and delivery of postal items in domestic traffic weighing up to 2000 g and parcels weighing up to 5,000 g in domestic traffic;2) delivering returns of letter items after exhausting all possibilities of delivering them or handing them over to the recipient, and delivering return acknowledgments of receipt after successful delivery.2. The scope of the order also includes the collection of intended shipments from the Ordering Party's office to be sent at the Contractor's shipping facility.3. The service must be provided at least 5 days a week from Monday to Friday. Estimated number of parcels to be sent in the above-mentioned the period is specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (offer form - detailed price list).4. By postal items, which are the subject orders are understood as: 1) Letter items weighing up to 2000 g: a) ordinary - unregistered items that are not the fastest category items; b) ordinary priority - unregistered items which are the fastest category items; c) recommended...
