Description:
1 Sportowa 1, 64-550 Duszniki, in the field of accepting, moving and drawing of postal parcels and their possible reimbursement in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 23 November 2012 Postal Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1640, as amended) . A detailed description of the subject of the fall is included in the beginning No. 1 to SWZ. Contractors of the Claim and Conditions of the Claim are applied also in chapter XXV SWZ, the provisions of the contract regarding the public polling, which will be introduced to the content of this contract. 2. The deadline for the execution of the fall is: 12 months (from February 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026). The Ordering Party allows changes to the date of starting the contract in the event that for formal and legal reasons or circumstances independent of him, the procedure of choosing the bidder before the indicated date will not be completed. 3.
