Description:
The subject of the fall is a posting of postal desert within the meaning of the Act of 23 November 2012 Postal Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366, as amended), experienced by the postal operator to the Institute of Nafty and Gas of the Supreme Research Institute, carried out in national and foreign trade, consisting of accepting, sorting, moving and 5 to the addressee of the ordering parcel, and in the event of their underdevelopment, returning the parcels to the Ordering Party along with the service, relying on the receipt of parcels from the headquarters of the Ordering Party in Krakow at ul. Lubicz 25A to transport them to the point designated for sending the parcel of the Ordering Party (the so -called company posting).
