The subject of the order is the provision of postal services in domestic and foreign traffic to the Ordering Party - Municipal Streets and Bridges Authority in Chorzow, in the scope of receiving, transporting and delivering postal items, postal parcels and their possible returns, within the meaning of the Act of November 23, 2012 - Postal Law and implementing acts issued on its basis.2. The subject of the order includes in particular: 1) acceptance, transportation and delivery of domestic postal items (letter and parcels) (all over Poland), to all postal and foreign postal codes (Zone A), registered and unregistered, including parcels with return confirmation of receipt, and their possible returns, i.e. returns of registered letter items, to the ordering party (sender).2) delivering correspondence to the ordering party's registered office (on a regular basis - on business days, i.e. from Monday to Friday, during the Ordering Party's office hours).3) delivering to the Ordering Party's office ZPO (return receipt) and returns of undelivered shipments (after exhausting the possibilities of delivering them or handing them over to the recipient) on a regular basis on business days (i.e. from ponied...
