- The subject of the order is the provision of postal services to the National Support Center for Agriculture, Field Branch in Częstochowa within the meaning of the Act of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366), hereinafter referred to as Postal Law, covering the scope of in particular: 1) postal services in domestic and foreign traffic, in the scope of receiving, sorting, moving and delivering registered and unregistered postal items and parcels to any place indicated by the Ordering Party in the country and around the world, as well as possible returns these shipments to the Ordering Party (in the scope of providing services in foreign trade, the Ordering Party accepts the fact of limitations in the provision of certain services resulting from decisions made by the postal administrations of the destination countries and the delivery of shipments to countries covered by the current contract international, pursuant to the Act of November 23, 2012, Postal Law, international postal regulations, i.e. the Universal Postal Convention Doha 2012 together with the implementing acts: Letter Post Regulations - Bern 2013 and Postal Parcel Regulations - Bern 2013, and on pursuant to the Regulations on postal services in foreign traffic);2) postal services in the scope of delivery of parcels containing letters in proceedings before the Court, letters addressed to enforcement authorities, other letters and official documents which must be deposited at the operator's Polish post office beginning...
