- The subject of the order is the provision of postal services to the National Center for Support for Agriculture, Field Branch in Czstochowa within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366), hereinafter referred to as Postal Law, covering in particular: 1) postal services in domestic and foreign traffic, in the scope of receiving, sorting, moving and delivering registered and unregistered postal items and parcels to any place indicated by the Ordering Party in the country and in the world, and possible returns of these items to the Ordering Party (in the scope of providing services in foreign trade, the Ordering Party accepts the fact of limitations in the provision of certain services resulting from decisions made by the postal administrations of the destination countries and the delivery of parcels to countries covered by the current international agreement, pursuant to the Act of November 23, 2012 Postal Law, international postal regulations, i.e. the Doha 2012 Universal Postal Convention together with the implementing acts: Bern Letter Post Regulations 2013 and Bern Parcel Post Regulations 2013 and on pod...
