- Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the provision of postal services to the Municipal Guard of the City of Krakow from April 2024 to December 2024, hereinafter referred to as postal services or shipments, including: a) provision of postal services in domestic and foreign traffic, consisting ofrelating to the receipt, movement and delivery of parcels in all weight categories (letter items, postal parcels), b) delivering a return acknowledgment of receipt (ZPO) and returning registered postal items to the Ordering Party after exhausting the possibilities of their delivery or collectioncy.2. During the entire period of performance of the subject of the order, the Contractor is obliged to have an entry in the register of postal operators kept by the President of the Office of Electronic Communications and to submit to the Ordering Party a document of entry for each request.3. Given in the SWZ and in Appendix No. 1A - Detailed specificationsprice specifications, shipment quantities and the range of postal services are estimates and do not constitute the Ordering Party's obligation to fulfill the amounts indicated therein.
