Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of postal services in domestic and foreign traffic, in the scope of receiving, moving and delivering parcels and their possible returns, within the meaning of the Act of November 23, 2012 Postal Law (Journal of Laws of 2025 r. item 366, i.e.), for the needs of the Municipal Office in Pasek. The contractor will be obliged to provide postal services in accordance with generally applicable legal provisions, in particular the Act of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366, i.e.) from from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 20262. As part of the provision of services, the Contractor will be obliged to perform, among others: the following activities: 1) The Contractor is obliged to deliver parcels addressed to the Ordering Party to its registered office in accordance with Act on the Postal Law and implementing acts issued on its basis, 2) documenting the receipt of parcels, 3) delivering accepted parcels to any place in the country and abroad, 4) returning uncollected parcels immediately after exhausting the possibilities delivery and to always indicate the reason for return on the shipments, 5) provide the Ordering Party with return confirmations ...
