Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of postal services in domestic and foreign traffic, in the scope of receiving, moving and delivering postal and courier items and parcels and their possible returns within the meaning of the Postal Law Act of November 23, 2012 and the collection of items. (correspondence) to the Ordering Party from its registered office at ul. Podwale Przedmiejskie 30, 80-824 Gdask.2. In the price form (Appendix No. 2.1 to the SWZ), the Ordering Party will specify the expected maximum size of the subject of the order that it plans to complete under the contract concluded with the Contractor whose offer will be considered the most advantageous. During the execution of the order, settlements between the Contractor and the Ordering Party will be made based on the actual quantities of shipments and returns, according to gross unit prices specified by the Contractor in the Price Form. The actual quantities of shipments carried out may differ from those indicated estimated quantities. The Ordering Party allows changes to the quantities in individual items indicated in Annex No. 2.1 to the SWZ (price form), provided that the maximum value of the contract does not exceed the gross price indicated in the offer of the selected Contractor.
