Description:
The subject of the order are postal services specified in the Act of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Journal of Laws 2025, item 366, as amended), consisting in the provision of postal services in domestic traffic by the Postal Operator for the District Labor Office in Wocawko and the Office's branches: in Kowal and Lubracu.Deadline implementation of the subject of the order: from January 2, 2026 to December 31, 2027. Parcels sent by the Ordering Party will be delivered by the Contractor to any place in the country. Postal items that are the subject of the order are understood to mean: - domestic unregistered economic letter items (EC) weighing up to 1000 grams - domestic registered economic letter items (EC), posted and delivered against acknowledgment of receipt, weighing up to 1000 grams. The contractor will be obliged to deliver the items as soon as possible, in accordance with the conditions and indicators specified in the Act of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366, as amended) and the implementing acts of this Act.
