- 1. The subject of this order is the provision of postal services in domestic traffic (i.e. local Jasło County and domestic throughout Poland) for the District Labor Office in Jało to the extent specified in Art. 2 of the Act of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366 from Mon. amended).2. Postal services referred to in point 1 of this description of the subject of the order include receiving, sorting, moving and delivering parcels of correspondence and postal parcels, return of undelivered parcels, confirmation of receipt and transport services of correspondence and documents sending by collecting correspondence and sending documents from the registered office of the ordering party, i.e. 38-200 Jaso, ul. Rynek 18, to the contractor's registered office within the meaning of the above Act.3. The Contractor is obliged to provide postal services in accordance with generally applicable legal provisions, in particular the Act on of November 23, 2012. Postal law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366, as amended).4.
