The subject of the order is the provision of postal services in domestic and foreign traffic, in the scope of accepting, moving and delivering postal items and returns (letter items and postal parcels), which will be carried out in accordance with the principles set out in generally applicable law, in particular in the Act of November 23, 2012 Postal law (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366) for organizational units of the Kluczbork Commune, i.e. - Municipal Office in Kluczbork, ul.
