Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of postal services to the Ostrda Municipality, in accordance with the calculation of the offer price (Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ) and the contract template (Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ).2. The subject of the order includes: 1) provision of postal services in domestic and foreign traffic, paid in advance, in accordance with the conditions specified in the contract template (Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ).2) Services referred to in section 2 point 1 will be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the contract and the relevant provisions of the Act of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 366, as amended, hereinafter referred to as: Postal Law).3. The dimensions of letter items in domestic traffic are: 1) FORMAT S - maximum size of a C5 envelope (160mm x 230mm x 20mm) up to 500 g.2) FORMAT M - maximum size of a C4 envelope (230mm x 325mm x 20mm) up to 1000 g.3) FORMAT L - maximum size of a C4 envelope (the sum of dimensions length + width + height cannot will exceed 900mm, the length cannot be longer than 600mm) - up to 2000g.4) Maximum: the sum of the length, width and height - 900 mm, the largest of these dimensions (length) cannot exceed 600mm,5) Minimum: the dimensions of the address page cannot be less than 90 x ...
