Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the provision of postal services for the needs of the Brwinw Commune Office in 2024. , 1.1. The subject of the order is the provision of postal services in domestic and foreign traffic in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular in accordance with the Polish Law.Thursday of November 23, 2012 (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1640) in the scope of accepting, moving and delivering letter items and parcels and their possible returns, collecting parcels from the Ordering Party's registered office, i.e.: 1) providing postal services in domestic and foreign traffic, consisting in onaccepting, transporting and delivering parcels in all weight categories (letter items, postal parcels), 2) delivering return acknowledgment of receipt (ZPO) and returning registered postal items to the Ordering Party after exhausting the possibility of delivering them or handing them over to the recipient, ,3) collection of shipments from the places indicated by the Ordering Party to the Contractor's shipping and delivery facilities. , 1.2.
