- 1. The subject of the order is the PROVISION OF PRINTING SERVICES FOR THE FACULTY OF CHEMISTRY OF THE UNIVERSITY OF WROCAWSKI, described in detail in order. No. 3 to SWZ Description of the subject of the order - Price form.2. The subject of the order is the provision of printing services for the Faculty Chemistry of the University of Wrocław within 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract. The subject of the order includes: 1) poster printing 2) business card printing 3) color photocopying 4) printing on conference materials 5) printing of certificates and diplomas 6) roll-up printing 3. The Ordering Party requires that the location of the point of accepting and collecting print orders is in Wrocaw, within a radius of up to 2000 m from the seat of the Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Wrocław, ul. Joliot-Curie 14, 50-383 Wrocaw. Distance of reception point and receipt of a printout from the Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Wrocław, measured using Google Maps in the "designate a pedestrian route" setting on the website https://www.google.pl/maps/ Failure to indicate the exact address in the Offer Form will result in rejection of the offer pursuant to Art. 226 paragraph 1 point 5) uPzp.4.
