Description:
The subject of the plait is to remove the protection and supervision of property in the period on 01.04.2025 on 31.01.2026, implemented in the form of constant, free physical protection of lands, areas, facilities and the office of its equipment. In addition, during the implementation of the fall, the porter's area is required, including a telephone headquarters, i.e. receiving phone calls and binding with substantive departments. On the property there is a three -liter office building with a basement with an area of 2600 m2 and a single -pittita garage building with an area of 630.15 m2. The facility is equipped with electronic monitoring, including external and internal camera and central, located in the porter's office of an office building. There are three parking lots in the property. Two internal parking lots are available for the help of barriers controlled from the porter's room, including one closed with automatic gates. One external parking ground fenced and closed gates, to which the keys have persons authorized to use the parking lot.
