The subject of the contract is the provision of 24 -hour protection of persons and property within and the immediate surroundings of traveler service buildings (BOP) managed by KZGM in KatowiceOn the terms set out in Annex 1 to the draft contract, the rules for providing the BOP protection service "Professional interchange - loop on total 1" (BOP profession) formerly ul. 1 Maja and the rules for the provision of the BOP protection service "Przeletkowy Node - Brynowska 1" (BOP Brynow) formerly ul. T. Kościuszkimanaged by the Municipal Zakład Gospodarki Mieszkaniowej in Katowice on the principles set out in the planned provisions of the contract (together with attachments) constituting Annex 3 to SWZ. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Chapter III SWZ. Contract award procedureIt is conducted in an open tender mode, taking into account the provisions competent for the contract for social services - art. 359-360 Public Procurement Law. The estimated value of the order exceeds the equivalent of the amount specified in art. 359 point 1 of the Act.
