Provision of public collective transport services
Legal basis: Art. 23 section 1 point 1 in connection with Art. 19 section 3 of the Act of December 16, 2010 on public collective transport (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1343, as amended). Based on Article. 1 point 3 in connection with Art. 22 section 1 point1 of the Act of December 16, 2010 on public collective transport (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1343, as amended), the organizer will select the operator by directly concluding a contract for the provision of public collective transport services. Estimated date of direct conclusion of the contract:After 1 year from the date of publication of this announcement. Estimated duration of the contract for the provision of public collective transport services: 1 year (from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025) Specifying the type of transport: road transport, bus transport.
Defining communication networksj: bus transport in public collective transport on the communication network for which the Jaraczewo Commune is the organizer of public collective transport. Change of information: Pursuant to Art. 23 section 5 of the Act of 16 December 2010 on public collective transport (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022., pos. 1343, as amended), we reserve the right to change the above information.
