- 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of public public transport services of a public use in the Grudziądz poviat and abroad - on the basis of the agreements concluded.
2. The provision of services are to be carried out by buses:
a) low -emission category M3, Class II with drive with EURO VI (at least level E) with a length of 10.0 m to 11.00 m - 5 pcs, owned by the Ordering Party and transferred in April 2026, the Contractor based on the lease of low -emission bus lease of the M3 category, class II with the drive, EURO VI emissions (at least level E), which is Annex 13 to the contract.
b) by M3 category buses, class II zero -emission (electric) with a length of 8.00 m to 10.6 m. - in the number 2 items, which will be transferred in July 2026. Contractor on the basis of a lease agreement for the implementation of services on P2 lines; P3; P6; P10 and P22. Conditions for the lease agreement for zero -emission (electric) category M3, class II, were specified in Annex 14 to the contract. The mobile charging station to zero -emission (electric) buses owned by the Ordering Party will be transferred in July 2026 The conditions of the lease agreement were specified in Annex 15 to the contract.
