pursuant to art. 23 para. 1 point 2, in connection with art. 19 para. 1 point 3 and art. 22 para. 1 point 1 of the Act of 16 December 2010 on public collective transport (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 285, as amended), the city of Kaleta announces the intention to directly conclude the contract, the subject of whichThere will be services in the field of public public transport.

3. Creating the anticipated procedure for awarding the contract:
pursuant to art. 19 para. 1point 3 of the Act of 16 December 2010 on public collective transport (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 285, as amended), the organizer will choose the operator by directly concluding a contract for the provision of services in the field of municipal passenger transport in road transport.
