Description:
The subject of the contract is the provision of public services in the field of railway regional (provincial) and agglomeration passenger transport in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship in the years 2026 - 2030, taking into account the conditions set out in these proceedings and all attachments, and in particular in the contract template.
1. In the scope of providing public services, the following tasks will be carried out:
1) providing public services in the field of voivodship rail passenger transport, hereinafter referred to as the "Podkarpackie Regional Railway" or abbreviation "PKR" on the railway lines specified in Annex 1a and in accordance with the train timetable constituting Annex 2A to the draft contract;
2) provision of public services in the field of agglomeration of rail passenger transport, hereinafter referred to as the "Podkarpackie Agglomeration Railway" or shortcut "PKA" on the railway lines specified
in Annex 1B and in accordance with the trains timetable constituting Annex 2B to the draft contract;
3) providing services in the field of management of the railway vehicle maintenance system and maintenance and repair activities of vehicles being The property of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship transferred together with the PKA technical facilities for use by the Contractor to service trains in the tasks included in points 1 and 2 above.
