Description:
1) The subject of the fall is to show collection, adhesion, transport and utilization (disposal) of medical waste and other for healthcare team No. 2 in Rzeszow and subordinate squares, in accordance with the legal provisions in this respect, and in puppies from the acts of December 14 2012 on rainfall (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587) and on conditions specified in SWZ and in the draft contract. 2) The contractor is obliged to collect waste from a place located in the Health Care Team No. 2 in Rzeszow, ul. Fredry 9 and from the square subordinated to the ordering in hours Work of the square. List of Subs of Health Placs subordinate to ZOZ No. 2 in Rzeszow, in which it will be performed, with hours of their work, in this specification to SWZ. 3) A detailed description of the subject of the fall is determined by the assortment and percentage form (ZAK to SWZ) will be integrated this specification.
