Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of regular transport services as part of local public transport for the needs of public transport in Tczew.
2. For the implementation of the order, it is required to have at least 27 maxi class buses and 3 mega class buses.
Estimated numbercovered by the order is 853.125, including 810.468 WZKM 27 MAXI class buses and 42.657 WZKM 3 Mega class buses. The Employer reserves the right to increase/reduce the number of WZK by 10%. Due to reducing the number of WZKM, the Contractor is not entitled to an additional claim in relation toOrdering Party.
Buses directed to the execution of the order must be produced no earlier than in 2012. The Employer emphasizes that the above requirement is strictly concerned by the year of the vehicle production, not the date of the first registration of the vehicle.implementation, a detailed technical description of the buses that will be performed, along with their equipment, indicated in Annex 10 Description of the subject of the contract to SWZ.
