Description:
The commune of WLE invites the offer to Zoenia for the implementation of social services in the field of health rehabilitation, prevention, education and activation and social integration of residents of the commune, as part of the grant social bonus project, co -financed from the RODKW European Social Fund Plus (EFS+). Planned using includes: 1. Individual rehabilitation support approx. 15 people month for 13 months:- rehabilitation and supporting treatments; - 2 consultations with a doctor or 2 consultations with a physiotherapist. 2. Group classes, group of 10 months for 13 months:- gymnastics, Nordic walking and Oblotnormal occurrences once a week. 3. Support for children and fashion for a 8-person group of a month for 13 months:- research, rehabilitation plan, taking 2x a week, coverage groups up to 8 people, integration of carers or parents of children (optional). 4. Educational panels and social integration 2 meetings mmmically for 13 months:- lectures on health, after any lectures, the party and integration time of participants in contemporary conversations, board games, meetings in the orode.
