- In the name of the technical supervision of the scratch solid contractors for submitting offers, the service of repair services and technical maintenance of the UDT office in Bielsko-Biała at ul. Legionow 81. The concise range of services is included in Annex 1 to the procedure in the "Annex" tab. It recommends before submitting the offer to conduct a local vision (local vision is not mandatory). Maxal quantity Man hours during the duration of the contract will be a total of working hours. The application will supply the contractor with the necessary materials to perform the service. Connections of the Contractor: 1. The contractor is obliged to: 1) implementation of applications regarding minor repairs within 3 business days from the date of notification by the Ordering Party, 2) implementation of reports regarding the failure or suspected incorrect operation of the installation within 8 hours of reporting by the Ordering Party, 3) providing services covered by this agreement with the principles of optimizing the costs of media consumption and equipment consumption included in the installation, 4) ensure that the persons performing the service have all the right required by the right to perform activities that are the subject of this contract, in particular the qualification certificate of the category E1 and D1, the right to work at an altitude above 3 m ...
