Description:
The subject of the contract is the provision of the rescue service of the swimming pool facilities of the Municipal Sports and Recreation Center "Bystrzyca" in Lublin Sp. z o.o., according to tasks 1-2:
Task no Zygmuntowski 4 in Lublin,
Task No. 2 - Provision of the rescue service of pool complexes at the Łabędzi Sports and Recreation Center at ul. Swan 4 in Lublin.
A detailed description is included in the cost estimates and the description of the subject of the contract constituting, respectively, No. 1a.1- 1a.2 and annex No. 2.1-2.2 to SWZ.
Ordering It requires that the activities of rescuers carried out during the performance of the subject of the contract are performed by persons employed by the Contractor (Subcontractor) for remuneration under an employment contract based on art. 22 §1 of the Act of June 26, 1976. - (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510).
