- The Employer invites you to participate in the basic procedure in variant 2 on: "Providing the services of booking, selling and delivering flight tickets at the Mathematics Institute of the Polish Academy of Sciences." The operation is prepared, under pain of invalidity, in electronic form. 2. The contractor is obliged to submit via the purchasing platform in the "Annex" tab signed by the following persons Documents and statements: 1) the offer in accordance with the content of the offer form, constituting Annex 3 to SWZ; 2) list of services performed to the extent necessary to demonstrate compliance with the condition referred to in point 9.1.1.2.1.
