Description:
The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task of relieving family members or guardians of people with disabilities, by supporting them in their daily duties by ensuring temporary representation. The implementation of the task is co -financed from the Solidarity Fund.The order should be carried out in accordance with the principles set out in the program of the Minister of Family, Labor and Social Policy "Reactivity care" for local government units - edition 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the "program"), which is Annex 7 to SWZ.They will be the inhabitants of Ruda Śląska - family members or carers who care about the direct care of disabled people in the common household, including children (hereinafter referred to as program participants), and the contractor provided to their pupils, indicated by the contractor.
An expected, estimated number of people using services: 17 (3 children between 2 and 16 years of age and 14 people with a significant disability certificates or equivalent decisions). This number may be increased or reduced during the contract.
Care servicesrespite will be provided as part of a daily stay.
