The subject of the contract is the provision of security control and access control services as well as the protection of persons and property for the benefit of Mazowiecki Port Lotniczy Warszawa-Modlin Sp. z o.o. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ).not with Art. 22b of the Act of August 22, 1997 on the protection of persons and property (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1995) and taking into account the nature of the order, the Contractor is obliged to perform the order on his own without the possibility of entrusting the performance of activities in the field of aviation security civil law in pto other entities.
