Description:
1. The subject of the contract is: providing service for servicing medical devices for the University Pediatrics Center
The contracting authority divided the order into individual parts (packages: No. 1 - No. 181) and allows the possibility of submitting partial offers for any individual number of packages.
2. The concise description and scope of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 2 to the specification of the terms of the contract.
The Contractor, by joining the proceedings Orders - package. Lack of valuation for a given position of the package will reject the offer.
3. The Contractor, as part of the service, undertakes in particular to service medical devices, in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and applicable law, in particular with the PN standard-EN 60601-1 or PN - EN 62353 or equivalent.
