Description:
The order was divided into 3 parts:
a) Part 1 - "Provision of care services, including specialist care services"
b) Part 2 - "Provision of services in supported housing in the city of Tychy"
c) Part 3 - "Provision of specialist care services for people with disorders "mental"
The subject of the order is:
a) Providing assistance in meeting everyday life needs in the form of care services to persons entitled under the Act of March 12, 2004 on social assistance (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1283, as amended)
Expected number of hours in the duration contract amounts to: 56,700 hours.
The services will be provided to persons indicated by MOPS Tychy in the City of Tychy, at their place of residence, for 7 days during the week, including on public holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The scope of services is determined by the Ordering Party.
b) Benefit specialized care services provided on the basis of the Act of March 12, 2004 on social assistance (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1283, as amended) and the Regulation of the Minister of Social Policy on specialized care services of September 22, 2005 (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 816), the scope includes care as supporting the treatment process.
The expected number of hours during the contract period is: 10,000 hours.
