1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the scope of:
a) receiving and development municipal waste from inhabited real estate and real estate on which there are summer houses or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes in the Strumień commune,
b) equipment and service of a selective municipal waste collection point on the premises belonging to the Strumień commune, hereinafter referred to as PSZOK and the management of the collected (accepted) at the waste point.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to SWZ.
3. The contractor's obligation is the organization of municipal waste collection in accordance with the Waste Act, regulations maintaining cleanliness and order in the Strumień commune, adopted by resolution No. XV.100.2025 of the City Council in Strumień of June 26, 2025 (Journal of Laws of the SLA. 2025, item 4302), hereinafter referred to as the Regulations and Resolution No. XX.179.2016 a detailed manner and scope of provision of services in the field of municipal waste collection from property owners, on which the inhabitants live and the management of these waste in exchange for the municipal waste management fee paid by the property owner (Journal of Laws of the province. Silesia from 2021, item 6179, as amended).
