Providing services for comprehensive cleaning of rooms in the buildings of the City HallPiotrkowa Trybunalskiczacz 1: In the buildings of the City of Piotrkow Trybunalski at the Passage of Karol Rudowskiego 10, ul. Farna 8 and Zamurowa 11 part 2: in the buildings of the City of Piotrkow Trybunalski at ul. Szkolna 28 (building A, B and C)

Provision of comprehensive cleanliness servicesrooms in the buildings of the Piotrkow Trybunalski City Hall at the Passage of Karol Rudowskiego 10, ul. Farna 8 and Zamuraowa 11.
Total area inside the cleaning buildings 2.463.36 m2.
As part of the service provided, the Contractor will be obliged:
1) to keep clean:
a) communication routesand stairs,
b) office rooms, conference rooms,
c) toilet,
d) all other rooms in buildings, including:
 launch of windows and radiators,
 polarimization of floors - only in the case of a declaration submitted by the contractor, for which he will receive additional points when assessing offers
2) tomaintaining the service (ongoing maintenance of order) cleaning in the building
at the passage of Karol Rudowski 10,
3) to maintain cleanliness during the wedding ceremony and jubilees in the Civil Registry Office at the Passage of Karol Rudowski 10.
services are to be provided by the Contractor using equipment andtools, which are not in the resources of the contracting authority, purchased at their own expense with cleaning, preserving and fragrances, and with the help of their employees.
