Description:
The subject of the plan is to lead the service to the Ordering Employer, consisting in providing users, with co-financing from the Zaklaw Fund, the Social Wiadze (ZFS) and without co-financing from the Zaklaw Fund for Social Wrags (ZFS), access to facilities and sports and recreational activities under subscription in the entire country, including duties in the Dolnolski Voivodeship, and in a shortness in Wroclaw. The description of the subject of the skew and the terms of its implementation will specify in the relevant provisions of the contract (hereinafter IPU) constituting the attachment No. 2 to this SWZ.
