Description:
Assumptions and requirements: - cooperation with the Personal Data Administrator in organizing and implementing a security and personal data protection system at the Ordering Party in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR, including informing the Ordering Party and the Ordering Party's employees who process personal data about their obligations arising from the GDPR and other applicable provisions regarding the protection of personal data; - collecting information in order to identify threats resulting from the protection personal data; - informing, advising and recommending specific actions in the field of personal data protection; - participating in decisions regarding the processing of personal data; - support in developing a register of processing activities in particular on the basis of materials provided by the Ordering Party; - training of newly hired employees of the Ordering Party in each month of validity of the Agreement for 1 to 2 hours; - deepening knowledge and increasing awareness the Ordering Party's employees in the field of personal data protection through the organization of training; - creation, modification, review and analysis of clauses, regulations and other documents in the scope of compliance with personal data protection regulations; - assistance and service formal in determining the causes of personal data protection incidents, including staying at the Ordering Party's headquarters, if necessary; - support in the field of IT systems, including cooperation with the person/persons responsible for supervising the system...
