Description:
3("KPO"), Action E3.1.1, hereinafter also called the priority program. The concept of the Applicant is understood as a joint -stock company or a limited liability company, hereinafter referred to as the Company. Co -financing will be granted in the form of capital inputs.
The purpose of the order is to assess and provide fullinformation on the company and its development plans, as well as identifying the risks and opportunities related to the proposed capital entry of the National Health Fund from KPO.
1.1. The order of the contract includes the assessment of applications for co -financing, submitted by the applicants, including:
a) comprehensive assessment of applications for co -financingAccording to the criteria for selecting the projects referred to in point 8 of the priority program (attachment to the description of the subject of the contract), i.e. a full assessment according to the qualitative criteria, additional criteria and horizontal criteria, taking into account the re -assessment of the application (if necessaryIt will be supplemented by the Applicant);
b) a comprehensive (I) assessment of the current state and prospects for the development of the surveyed company (applicant), (ii) SWOT analysis, (iii) identification of all key risks, (IV) the valuation of the company's value together with the analysis of potential profitabilityinland ...
