Description:
1) The ordering party orders to perform a check-in for families with children, including care for carers to participants in the Katowice project open-helpful for a family implemented as part of European funds for LSKI 2021-2027 (Euro-enthusiasts Social Fund +), priority: FESL.07.00-Fundsusze European for societies, activities: FESL.07.07- Family support, children and fashion and deinstitutional depths, in the number 7,392 hours of short clearing, but this number could not be less than 6,500 hours, for at least 34 families (48 people: 34k/14m) in the period from the date of signing the contract to 30.11.2026.2) Recognitions of the service to a family who need support in everyday functioning.3) will be removed will be implemented on business days (as business days, treat time from Monday to Pitt, and Saturdays), in the times of the day depending on the needs of the incl. 2 to the contract Case range 4) A detailed description of the subject of the sketch is included in the beginning of 1 to SWZ of the contract.
