1. The subject of the contract is the service consisting of:
1.1. Propolation and transport of municipal waste received:
• from inhabited real estate and real estate in part residing from the Prusice commune;
• with PSZOK;
• from street baskets set up in areas intended for public use, including bus stops, playgrounds, club rooms, fields and eagles;
• from waste collection large -size and used electrical and electronic equipment, carried out from real estate residing in the so -called share system. exhibitions;
as well as their development, i.e. recovery or disposal, in a way that ensures relevant recycling levels, preparation for Re -use and recovery by other methods and reduction of the mass of municipal waste biodegraded to storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996. on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, as amended).
