Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of sanitary transport to the Employer.
The order is divided into 3 parts-tasks, each of which is a separate subject of the contract:
-survival No. 1-sanitary transport of patients-team with a doctor.
-Things No. 2-TransportSanitary patients-a team with a lifeguard. Offers can be submitted for one or more tasks. The contracting authority will choose the Contractor for each task separately.
DetailedDescription of individual parts of the order - tasks, requirements, scope and number of services are included in: Annex 2_1 to SWZ - Task No. 1,
Annex No. 2_2 to SWZ - Task No. 2,
Annex No. 2_3 to SWZ - Task No. 3 and
in point III. SWZ and in contract projects - Annex 4_1-4_2.
2. Provision of servicesIt will take place successively throughout the entire period of the contract on the basis of orders issued by the Employer.
Task No. 1 - Sanitary transport of patients - a team with a doctor.
The subject of the contract is the provision of sanitary transport services - sanitary transport of patients- Team with a doctor.
Detailed description of the subject of the contract, requirements, scope and number of services were specified in the detailed description of the subject of the contract - Annex 2_1 to SWZ, in point III. SWZ and draft contract - Annex 4_1 to SWZ.
