Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: Package No. I. Providing services in the field of sheep management. The subject of the order are services in the field of sheep management in accordance with the definition in Art. 4 section 1 of the Act of October 13, 1995, Sheep Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1082), coveringworks related to the development of a hunting ground in the Oświęcim District No. 177 Kty - Game Breeding Center (hereinafter referred to as OHZ Kty), including: protection of agricultural crops against animals, repair and maintenance of sheep equipment, setting up new sheep equipment in the field, cultivation of sheep plots, feeding withbelieved. The material scope of the subject of the order includes the total amount of work resulting from Annex No. 9a to the SWZ for Part No. I of the order, constituting the size of the work according to groups of activities. The material scope listed in Annex No. 9a (for Part No. I of the order) to the SWZ is estimated. Number of works commissioned do performance during the execution of the Subject of the order may be smaller than the quantity presented in the ToR, which, however, cannot constitute the basis for any claims by the Contractor against the Ordering Party. During the execution of the order, the ordering party may commission a scope of work smaller than indicated...
