The subject of the Order is the provision of services in the field of laboratory and field tests for construction works carried out under the Contract "Construction of a long-distance tunnel in Łódź along railway line No. 85, from the "Retkinia" chamber to the "Fabryczna" chamber along with the infrastructure necessary for the construction and operation of the tunnel, chambers and railway line" along with similar agreements, which is part of the investment called "Construction of the Central Communication Port together with devices and facilities necessary for its operation. 2. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers.
